Nevermind. Guess the SMTP server wasn't allowing it for some reason. Installed a windows sendmail binary and set the sendmail path in my php.ini and it works fine now.
How does one enable this? The server is mine, Windows XP, Apache 2, PHP 5... My Postnuke install is able to send emails, but Wacintaki isn't... Not sure why exactly.
