I could do that for you easily, but bear in mind that FunPic has been very troublesome as of late for oekakis. They made some dubious changes to their security policy and that can cause all sorts of havoc. I'd suggest a different host. I pay for my hosting, so I can't really make any recommendations for a free host.
I really am quite new to coding and I really need help setting up an oekaki. If I make a funpic site to host my oekaki could somebody set it up for me if I send you my funpic username and password?
