From the admin menu, select "Control Panel". About halfway down there's a drop-down menu for "Use Avatars On Comments". Set it to "Yes".

Anyways, the avatar that people have only appear next to thir name if they drew the picture. It also shows up in their profile, but I really want the avatar next to the people comments too. So their avatar will be next to their name all the time. Is there a way I can do that and if so how?
