You mean when you click the link on the products page to download the archive? Sounds like something is messed up with how your computer handles ZIP compressed files.
Try to save the file to your desktop first before opening the archive.
When it says ' Open ' in the download I click it but when I do a box pops up really fast then pops down really fast and it is gone.
